I am depressed. It's contagious.
Fcuk! This place is darn boring. I broke down yesterday afternoon and just beat up the fucking wall. I can't stand it anymore. i'm missing out on a lot. i have 2 weeks left here and i am dying.
For some unknown reason, my http://pillbox.kbshortys.org wouldn't work and i cannot access my MT account, i'm using this temporarily until i can figure out what the hell is wrong with it. Things can't get more worse than this.
God. Seriously, this place has gone from bad to worse. When i was told we were coming here again this holiday, i expected to go online 24/7 and just upload new layouts and download songs etcetera since the internet access is free over here. But NO.. Their proxy thing has banned my FTP program, Kazaa, MSN messenger, Yahoo messenger and basically all means of cheap communication with people back home. WTF? What do they hope to achieve by doing this? I mean, i have created three new layouts here and i can't get them up. Yes three. When you are stranded here in this fucking island supposedly called Bonny, you make layouts! I'm almost finishing my fourth one by the way. It is even hard to access my MT account. Even my last resort, Hotmail cannot be opened anytime i like. Three letters. PMS!
The only thing i look forward to are e-mails from these gorgeous ladies. It is so boring here, i constantly refresh my inbox after replying their e-mails hoping to get an immediate reply. Sad, ain't i? I remind you again, there's no fucking MSN messenger here.
But major fucking good news! We are going back on the 6th of January. Not the 16th, but the 6th. Yeah!! This gives me more time to settle all my university shit before i leave for Brisbane early February. According to Niz, i got to go to the MOE, get my accreditation letter, get a medical examination and the costly visa. Sounds a lot for a person who lives all the way in KB. Damn. I have less than one month in Brunei. Sad when i think about it. And there i will be, starting a new life. new people. new environment. a new city. Am i readdy for that?

anyway, been too lazy to post for the past few days. Spent about 70% of my time sleeping. I don't want to go into detail about my week. Went to Gadong for block outing, wednesday night. It was good, except i felt like siht and like throwing up. Wonder why? Went to Gadong the previous day, with Daus & Wardah. Yadda yadda!! Didn't fast on Thursday, which felt so good.
I'm planning to move my site, because i got hosted already. Using FTP is so complicating. The set up will proly take some time since i'm new to all this. I plan to use the same layout though, because it's such a waste if i use this one for only 2 weeks. Something to look forward to.

Today is officially the slowest day i have ever experienced in my entire life. I was practically dying of hunger and thirst. Gawd! There was one point, during math class, the sun and the clouds were playing around with the brightness of the classroom. I thought i was fainting (due to the hunger and sleep deprivation) because i saw that nobody seemed to notice the frequent changes in light intensity. I asked Daus if he noticed and was i disappointed when he said he did because i really wanted to faint so i could have the rest of the day off and break my fast at the same time. nyahaha! No worries, i go crazy when i'm without food.
Contradicting my belief that afternoon naps are a big waste of time, i napped. Man, it felt good! From 2.15 all the way to quarter past 5. Three whole hours of pure bliss. Nyah. Fasting is so much better during the holidays. I sleep at 4am, wake up at 2pm, making me fast only for a short four hours.
Enough talking about that. Someone is avoiding me right now. I did nothing wrong, just wanted to confirm a rumour going on and poof! no text replies, no phone answers etc.
Nyargh! I didn't realize we have to submit our 1000 words research draft tomorrow. And i have not started anything. I guess someone will have to burn the midnight oil tonight. Again!

I decided to just let the thing mentioned in my previous post go. I've been thinking and it's not a good idea after all. No, i did not get rejected or anything. I just want to enjoy life first and the initial point in Brisbane before thinking about this kinda stuff.
So. This just hit me. I have developed really strong friendships with some people in school over the past months, and soon i am not going to see them anymore. Man, it is sad. Especially my classmates. While some of them i would never want to see again (nyaha!), but most of them are really great people. I hope these people will still keep in touch. I've had classmates who now walks pass without even a stupid damn HELLO. But i will see most of them next year in Brisbane, so Yipee!
Man, will i be busy now. Exam is approaching. Hari Raya is approaching. As excited as i am to be leaving, i will miss home. Plus, i won't be able to cherish my time in Brunei as much. The parents have took up the whole of december along with half of january for the family to travel and dang, i'm dreading it. How much i hate airplanes and travelling with the parents. They always make me carry huge luggages the weight of an elephant, and tells you off if you spend even a little over the limit. Nyah! I want to celebrate new year at home!
The past couple of nights, i've been working on my sister's new layout. She forced me. and yes, i agreed (mind me for being such a whore for layouts). However, it wasn't too much work. It is a little death-like though (doh!) but i think it is simply beautiful. Go check it out here. Hrm. My computer is seriously distracting me from school stuff. I have a math seminar on monday and still i have not figured out how to solve the fcuking differentiation question. My mind just goes blank whenever i see the question. I made a big mistake when i chose the question. I know i hate graphs, but still i picked THAT particular one. And as for I.T, until now i can't work out the code for the visual basic siht. What am i to do? Hope there is someone out there willing to help me. Btw, i didn't know some people considered me as the fun, cool and laid-back person. Yes. Go read what rudy or Ryangzzz wrote in my comments for the post titled randoms. Teehee! Kambang.
anyway, Under a lot of stress right now! That is the problem with me. Even after realizing it and promising myself to change, i still cannot work, unless the submission date is the day after. Nyargh! Now that i really think about it, i do NOT want school to start again next week. I can only hope for the rest of the weekend to go slow.
I've lost my identity card. I think probably someone accidentally took it during the Brisbane trip or i lost it then. I remember people looking at it in the plane back, pointing how much i look like a taxi driver in it but no memory of what happened afterwards. Do any of you know if i can make a new one? Will they force me to look for it? Do i need to pay a fee?

Moving on. I do not know if going into a relationship is good for me right now. The temptation is building up though. I want to, because i want to have that romantic thing going on and it would be great to be with HER. But what i do not want are the restrictions that come with it. I'm pretty much happy and content with where i am right now, with only my studies & university applications to worry about. But please give me some love! heehee.
The problem is, right now i am pretty much busy with school and siht therefore i wouldn't be able to concentrate to much on the hypothetical commitment. In 3 weeks time, i wouldn't be able to see her again, because of the distance. Next year i will be going to Brisbane and i want to enjoy my time there as much as possible. And i have one other reason which i cannot disclose here.
But i want her so bad. I think we are both in that flirting zone. She is just so wonderful. If i don't act now, i would not have this opportunity again.
This is all i have been thinking about lately. Advice please?
Ramadhan is here again and i am dying of hunger. Nyargh! Food. food. Give it me! For those who don't know what i'm talking about, Ramadhan is an islamic month where all of us have to fast (puasa) from 4am to 6pm. =)
It's been a while since i last posted, yea? No excuse at all, just been too lazy. Lol!
In case you haven't noticed, (?) let me announce the unleashing of my new and improved layout, boot v7.0. I realize that the previous one is nicer than this one, at least in my opinion but i like this one better because it does not take up too much space and i've used the javascript popup thing which is a big achievement for me. I use less images for this one as well. This one took a very long time to make though. Fooh! Two whole sleepless nights. Please leavve a comment of what you think of it or if you find anything wrong with it. I would really appreciate it.

Oh yea. Saw the new Britney video and it is hot. I'm not very fond of Madonna though, but Britney, oh baby. She is getting hotter and hotter, and her videos are also getting better.
Oh. We have 5 days of the school break left. I cannot wait for school to start back. Not that i'm anxious to hit the books or anything, i just want to get out of this house and go back to the hostel and be with my friends. By the way, for some reason the family is really crazy about fish now. We have 3 fighting fish now, and 4 other ones as pets. Lol!

Alright. So the previous two posts are those i typed up while in Brisbane. I got lazy and busy after those days. Had to pack, unpack, travel. Nyargh! tiring.
Alright, so on Tuesday, we went to gold coast. Visited Griffith university there. The place was alright but i did not like it. The uni provided us with lunch which was great for my budget. Lol! click for photo. After griffith, went to Bond uni and it was damn beautiful. Met Kristin and Rudy there. Good to see them again. Managed to take a pic with Kristin. click here. After that, we went to a mall which i forgot what's it called. Just hung out there and ate ice cream. Didn't get anything.
That night, the whole group had suchi for dinner, along with some malay food. Yumm! We were joined by the previous JIS-UQ students. Asked some questions about life in Australia. Got a little preview of what to expect from University. They were all very nice people. Took some pics again. here and here.
The next day (wednesday), was Cynthia Chin's birthday.
I should say that today is the best day among all. We did not do much shopping except for in the evening at about 5. I finally managed to buy my brown adidas trainers and they are super cool. I love em. And i converted my US$100 ans SG$80 to Australian bucks. I got $180 for them. I think my money problem should decrease from now on now that i got what i really wanted. Just stuffs for some friends and that's it.
So, i think i will be studying in UQ now because the place is magnificent. I love it! We got a presentation on the business faculty and i've decided to do a dual degree on Business management (marketing) and business communication (advertising). UQ is damn big and it has all the facilities. You could even say it is like a town of its own. We were assured that all food in UQ is halal so no worries about that. But i will confirm my decision until the visit to QUT. UQ is further away from the city than QUT is though, but a cheap ferry ride should solve the problem.
We had breakfast and lunch at UQ so i did not spend money on food. Proly only for dinner, which i had fries and a mcdonald's filet-o-fish. Hrm. What else did we do at the university? Oh yea. We had the whole afternoon to do our research for our TSA assignment. Damn, it was hard to use the library. Damn huge and professional looking. Lol. It was so nice to be in UQ because even though we're not actually students there, you still feel you belong.

At night, we went to the WORLD CUP rugby game of Scotland against USA. It was great, and the stadium was packed with patriotic fans in great national and flag costumes. Scotland won of course. The funniest thing about the event must be the 2 men who were sitting in front of us. They were drunk and acting stupid. Zie, Mirah etc. were teaching them some malay bad words such as pukima, Gila Bayi and Palui. It was funny to hear the white guy shouting those words out. LMAO! One of them even licked the other guy's bald head. Ewww! Nyahaha!
So, the train back to the apartment was jam packed. Many rugby supporters were on the train as well.
Oh well, that's about it.
Finally, in Brisbane. After a long day of airplane entertainment which don't even work, flight meals, walks round Changi airport, sleep and stomach uneasiness; WE HAVE FINALLY SET FOOT IN AUSTRALIA. Am i glad. Now i can officially say that travelling on the airplane scuks! YESH!
At first it was exciting, but then the 7 hour stay at Changi made it slightly boring. We rounded terminal 2 millions of time and bought nothing, except for my little digital camera of course. i'm loving it! It cost me about $300 and it is convenient. I'll definitely post some of the pics i got here. Hrm.
Here, we are staying at the Taringa Gardens apartment which is quite far from the city. It is nice though and cozy. They got a kitchen, living room, balconies etc. This will definitely train me to be independant. I'm rooming with Heng, Atoh, Aris and fcukface will.
So we got here at 6am yesterday and rested until about 12pm. Ate some food and then went and shop at the Indropilis (sp?) shopping centre up until 5. It was fun at first but after a while, we got bored and did not know what to do. What is a guy supposed to do at a shopping centre for 5 whole hours. I went around with Niz and Yen and we visited all of the sports shops, shoe shops and the surf clothing shops. I just got some stuff for other people and none for me. In the end, we just hung around at a coffee shop and may i say that the chocolate milk i ordered was really superb!
Shopped for groceries a bit and then came back to the apartment. Slept the whole way till 8 when Jon and some others tried to smear toothpaste all over my face. Luckily i woke up just in time. Phew! Lol. Had pizza for dinner and then went to bed. Btw, we met Faiz ahmad, Faiz damit's sister, Heng's sister at the shopping centre.
Today went better than yesterday. I was less tired but i had a major headache in the afternoon though. Went to the museum and the art gallery in the morning then we (yen, niz, cynthia, war and i) had a lunch of eggplant burger at South bank which i did not like. Blergh! But i do love south bank though. I love the beach there. Wow! i would definitely want to go there often next year. Real nice place! All the hotties in bikinis hang out there. aherm! Oh, i forgot to mention that we met up with Weinnie and Chee Kit. They looked really nice and happy together.
The afternoon, we went to the city and basically just looked around. I got my mom's gift there so now i'm less stressed about money. I still am though cuz' i spent about $600 in 2 days and i have a week left to survive. Dang! I bought myself a pair of boxers as well and it is really nice. It is bright orange and says, "dick is ready to explode!". Eheh!
One thing i love about Brisbane is the weather. Yen, Niz and I had nothing to do so we sat outside near the Casino for 2 hours. It was sunny but cool at the same time. I love it! Went to watch a movie afterwards. We separated into 2 groups: Freaky Friday and something cruelty starring George Clooney. Got back at around 9pm.
Forgot to mention that we met the previous UQ groups there, but i only knew one of them which was Tina Osman. They seemed to be having so much fun in Brisbane. Can't wait for my turn.
Oh well, i gotta crash now cuz' we have an early start tomorrow to University of Queensland. Nyargh! Night!
Let me ask you this. How rude is it when you are talking to someone, and then another person interrupts your conversation and starts talking to the person you were having the conversation with. To make it worse, both of them talkin in another language that you absolutely do not understand. Jeez. Not even the courtesy or translating or bringing me into the conversation.
One more. How annoying is it when someone borrows your stuffs, WITHOUT your permission. And then when you tell him/her you desperately need to use it, he/she tells you "2 more minutes," but the 2 minutes turns out to be half an hour. The worse thing is, he/she uses it for his/her pleasure and entertainment whereas i need to use it for something important.
One word to describe these two things; selfish.
So, my day went fine. Had a Key Stage assembly in the morning and i got another certificate. It's a certificate for our work experince program. Hoorah, even though it was embarrassing to stand up there and receive it then. Certain periods stressed me out, like I.T and Economics. Did Visual Basic for I.T and dang, those codes are difficult to understand. What cheered me up during the period was the box of malteasers Mr.French sold to us at a 20% discount. Nyaha! As for Economics, Nyargh! I utterly dislike HIS teaching style even though he's a nice man. I do not understand one bit, and he piles you up with loadsa things to do.
Math period came. We got back our Intergration topic test result and i got a measly 13.5 out of 20. WTF! Even the lousiest student got higher than me. The reason for this is that i confused Intergration with Differentiation, therefore i got those questions with high marks wrong. Chibai! I never liked Intergration from the start. I love differentiation though. :> GEEK! So because of this, i became pissy for the rest of the period.
Then i had MAD library afterwards. Did pretty much nothing, except for some returns and issues. So basically i just sat there, pretending to be the big boss and awaited for the rest of the library population to bow to me. Lol!
Oh yea. Lai Kwan showed me this picture and told me to stare at the thing at the door and figure out whatever is there. I was desperately convincing everyone (namely Lai, Salbiah,, Chelle and Zirah) there is a man there who looks like Mr. Dewsnap. But now, i realized that there is actually nothing. Just go see for yourself and what happens. Stare at it for 30 seconds yea. It did not work before, that's why i couldn't see it.
By the way, we got 2 more days to the trip. Yay! I have to get everything organized now. Start making all my checklists, prepare the university stuffs, plans etc. I am going to have so much fun doing all those. Lol.

Last night, the three of us (fir, mary & i) had an MSN date and it was so funny. If any of you have me in your contact list and was online last night, you might probably notice the dirty nickname changes. It was just for fun aight and just kiddin' around? Lol! don't take it so seriously. Nyahah! Miss the old days. Fir kept on saying that. That does apply to me as well. We could just act as stupid as we could possibly get and say whatever we wanted to each other and it would still be cool. Ahhh.. sweet memories.
Hrm. I feel like i should be writing more about this but the words would not come out. Lol!

Football funday.
Dang, it was so exhausting. though all in all, i'd have to say that i had so much fun. Never thought that soccer would be fun and makes you feel good. We lost 4 matches and drew 2. I can say that our team played respectably well yesterday. We lost only by 1 or 2 goals for every game except for James Emo's team which we lost by 5 goals. Nyah!
By the way as predicted, Yes Nazi (my cousin) did turn up looking all annoying and Argh. Blergh.
After the whole thing ended, Daus & I went to the airport to eat at the express fast food place. haha! Recharged my easicard and nothing else much.

We got 5 days left till the trip. Wohooo! Can't wait for that. I bet the week is going to go fast and also slow at the same time. Slow because of the anticipation, and fast because there's a few things going on this week like the swimming gala etc. Yea baby!
Alright. So things are starting to go back to normal now, at least i hope so. To tell the truth, the week pretty much sucked. It sucked so bad, i skipped two meals a day for the whole week. Yep! for the whole week i skipped breakfast and dinner, so i had to rely on only my lunch and the cans of coke i drink for my strength and energy. Well, at least that, plus the basketball helped me lose a couple of pounds. :> But seriously i was miserable. the ISSUE, plus the fcuking business assignment -- they were killing me. Glad that it's over now.
Last night, i was feeling pretty much frustrated for no reason at all. Yep, that's me! Anyway, i needed to talk to someone so i called up Syihan. We had a pretty good conversation and she gave me advice on a little problem i'm having. Such a dear. Actually, i never told anyone else what i told her last night except for Mary of course. Then i still wasn't feeling good so i called Mary. Just had a little talk. Nothing important really. I just love talking to her, which is bad for my credit. I spent $5 of my credit for 5 minutes of talk with her. Not feeling good enough, i called my other best friend, Haji Firdaus. It was funny. Lol. One was advice-y, one was mutual and another was witty. :> It felt so good to let things out. If you guys are reading this, Thanks yea!
Hrm. Other than the little issue i had, everything else seemed to be alright. I had a football match against Sam Tan's team on wednesday. It was my first football game and it was exciting, Nyah! We lost though 6-4. Our team ain't too bad actually considering that all are basketball players. Lol! Can't wait for this sunday, that is the Football Funday. Wooo! Go Trash us FC.
Yesterday afternoon i had my after school care and it was dang exhausting. Mr. Hodgson's son, George is a handful. Phew. He was so demanding and kept asking me to spin em around and throw him up in the air. Mr. Pluck's daughter, Hanna is so adorable. She was teaching me how to colour yesterday and Grrrr! CUTE. So is Mr. Opalka's daughter Ruby. I could just bite them and take them home with me.
Oh yea, we are doing swimming now for P.E. Fun!

6 days to the Brisbane trip.
Mood is such a funny thing, isn't it? It gets you in a totally different situation which is always somewhere you don't want to be. That is what my previous post all about. I was pushed to the limits and i couldn't stand it. Yes, in case you all have not realized, i also have LIMITS. Another thing about this mood and anger, at least for me, there is a long transition to getting back. That is just the way i work. This has been me since forever.
Sorry for the rudeness in my previous post. I was just caught up in the moment and was feeling darn pissed. To whoever it may concern, no offense yea. I just couldn't stand it anymore. Sorry. Actually i typed up another worse entry, but decided not too post it as it wouldn't be rational.

This morning i went to the Teacher's day celebration at St. John's school. Met up with Chelle and ben there. I thought it was only going to be the 3 of us, but then met Rina, and then Ravie, Lai, Kit Chai, Nelson, Bart and Diana there. It was as if it was a form 5 science reunion. It was great to see them again, especially Rina. Was missing the girl. She still hasn't changed a bit, loud and funny as usual. Lol!
When i recall back the event, i do not think the students did it for the teachers. It should've been called Students' party/concert instead. All the performances were basically just for them to show off their moves and voices. Nothing related to teachers. No offense to those performers. But overall i'd have to say they did a great job, though not as good as ours last year. Again no offense but seriously, ours was more 'Teacher's day'. And the dancers still haven't changed their music & dance taste -- still britney/Nsync style dances. So because the dance was complicated, it was all jumbled up and messy. NO OFFENSE to you st. johnians, once again.
Anyway, now that i am done with the project for her, i am assigned by my sister Finah to make one for her as well. Hrm. Also, i got a bunch of homeworks due soon but i haven't even started on one yet.

Anyway, i accompanied my mom to the Tamu just now to buy vegetables and such. I was emotionally forced to go with her even though i did not want to. Hrm. The obligations i have as a son never ends. So much to fulfill. It was so much better when both my parents were in nigeria. Don't take this the wrong way, i do still love them but with them around, i feel so pressured all the time. They used to give me pressure about my studies back then, but now that i've proven that i can get good grades without their discipline, they give me other things to stress about. When will this end. Who knows in 5 years time, they'd push me into getting a wife. Nyah! Lol.
By the way, i just downloaded Dido's White flag, Greenday's Time of your life and Duncan Sheik's On a high. Yeah they're old songs (except dido) but because my blockmates put them on full blast all the time, gets me want to listen to them all the time.
Back in KB again. How time flies when you're having fun. Yep, that is right. This has been a great week for me despite the stress over the tons of homework i got. As i said, went out with Daus, Cynthia and Chelle on monday and tuesday, then went down to KB on wednesday which meant i had no classes. On wednesday evening, i did some basketball with Calvin, Cynthia, Sonia, Zhu and Chelle. Whaseh, i was so Cun man. I was on fire. Lol!
Yesterday, school was alright. My economics result was the highlight of the day. I got a 31/37 and beat Mr.kiasu. Wohoo! Mr. Wade was absent so we had a were free during his period. Wardah, daus and fitz abused their free period and my comment board and started chatting with each other through my blog. Lol! read the comments of my previous entry to see what they wrote. It's in malay though. Funny. Thanks you guys. At least that got me 21 comments for the entry, a record! After school, had my After school care MAD. It was fun. The kids in the TV room were climbing up me as if i was a big mango tree. It was all fun though. Gets me ready for what marriage and fatherhood may bring me in 10 years time. Nyah! And then there was Swetha who kept on asking me and Gab to colour some pictures for her. Dang!
The afternoon, i was still feeling the basketball itch so i got Atoh to teach me some stuffs. Now i can do lay-ups and other skills. I can probably play in the NBA now. Lol! Nah. Then played it again at night after study time. It was fun. Dang Cun lah me. Had a game of ping pong after that. It was hilarious. They were attacking me with the ball and making funny remarks. Malu leh. And to those who heard what she said that day, No i do not wear a fcuking bra. It was just my sweat from the basketball that was sogging up my shirt around the neck. Aiyah. Lol!

Though i think it will look different in older computers or those PCs without the font castellar cuz i viewed it using my old sister's pc and it does not look as good. Anyhoo, i should give myself a pat on the back for the great work.
